Rick Caldwell of Utah is a highly-experienced general contractor, who has received countless awards for his contracting projects including the Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum. He also was responsible for the Performance Barn at Thanksgiving point. The Museum itself was a 150,000 sq. ft. building, which was completed by his company in just one year. The performance Barn was 60,000 sq. ft. building that was designed with a state of the art lighting, full stage and sound system. Rick Caldwell completed that building in 87 days.
The Museum is located in Lehi and is a rare site, says Rick Caldwell Utah. Visitors can walk among the dinosaurs, explore a Carboniferous Forest, and dive deep into a Cretaceous Ocean at the Museum of Ancient Life. The museum has the world’s largest displays of mounted dinosaurs with 60 complete dinosaur skeletons, along with more than 50 hands-on exhibits. He has brought his kids to enjoy learning about the pre-historic animals, and to try digging for fossils in the quarry dig.
According to Rick Caldwell, if you want to make a night of it, there is a monthly event called spend the evening at Late Night with Rex, where you go on a scavenger hunt through the museum, take fun paleontology classes, get popcorn and drinks and watch a 3D movie at the Mammoth Screen. Whether you visit the museum day or night, there is plenty to do and explore. He was really happy to have been part of such a wonderful exhibit.
